If, for ANY reason you are unsatisfied with the results of your pendant and E - book within the one year guarantee, let us know and we vow to provide a FULL refund (Shipping charges not refundable)

Because this is a process, we insisted that you a least wear the pendant for the first six months of the one-year guarantee, therefore you can only return the pendant after the first six month period of the one year guarantee.

We expect you to do your part in the process and read the E - Book and apply the techniques to help you through your own personal journey of transformation.

By purchasing the pendant you understand that it is the combination of the pendant and application of the E - Book that is going to give you the results you desire.

If a jewelry item fails within that period of time, Crystal worlds, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, is not covered.
